In the last few years, the Healthcare industry has changed from a volume-based industry that's centered around the physicians to a quality-based industry that's centered around the patients. This has resulted in an increase in competition and adaptation of various modern-day trends, such as Digital Marketing, to help the industry to draw more business in the form of patients and blooming practice.
During this critical situation of the pandemic, many businesses may have found it hard to engage customers and generate leads. The main reason behind this was the Health & Economical concern raised and the travel & in-person activity restrictions caused by the virus outbreak. Now that we have learned to live with this new normal, and have moved on with our lives we must try to find better ways to improve our situation.
